It’s designed to work with 3rd party RIPs and software to create printer profiles for unique materials that are challenging to profile such as textiles, canvas, ceramic, film, and other backlit materials. i1Basic Pro 3 Plus accommodates larger test targets with the included longer ruler and backer board, making it ideal for wide and grand format printers.

Designed for imaging, print, signage, and digital textile professionals, i1Pro 3 Plus offers consistent calibration and profiling on unique materials primarily printed on wide and grand format printers. Built on the same technology as the i1Pro 3 device, the Plus model comes with a larger aperture to capture more color data for harder-to-profile materials such as highly-textured paper, vinyl, fabric, transparent film, plastics, specialty photo paper, corrugated, and backlit materials. The included polarization filter can reduce color variability on many of these substrates to deliver the highest level of color accuracy and repeatability.
