Kartech KT-1625 Ultra Cutting Table (Belt Type)

The Kartech KT Ultra is the high-speed sibling of the standard KT Series, same belt-driven platform and full standard toolset, built specifically for production floors where throughput is the priority.

Running at up to 240m/min, the KT Ultra doubles the cutting speed of the standard KT range, with the conveyor bed included as standard rather than an optional extra. It's built for sign and display businesses running high job volumes on vinyl, foam board, corrugated and card, where cutting speed directly affects how much work gets through the door each day.

  • Up to 240m/min cutting speed - double the standard KT Series, cutting idle and job time across a full shift.
  • Conveyor bed included as standard - every KT Ultra ships with the anti-drift conveyor belt, no "c" variant needed.
  • CCD Auto Positioning Camera with edge recognition - accurate print-to-cut registration on contour-cut work, reducing waste on pre-printed substrate.
  • AKI (Automatic Blade Height Adjustment) - the machine sets and maintains correct blade depth automatically, removing manual calibration between jobs.
  • Multi-zone vacuum bed - holds material flat and secure across the bed, even at higher traverse speeds.
  • Low-noise belt transmission - quieter running for busy production floors.
  • Full standard toolset - knife, kiss-cut, V-groove and creasing tool included as standard.
  • 2-year full warranty - backed by UK-based service and technical support.

KT1625 Ultra2c — Config 1 + Router & EOT + conveyor£54,995

The KT Ultra is available in one bed size (1625) with two tool configurations:

  • Configuration 1 - Knife, Crease, Kiss Cut & V Cut tool
  • Configuration 2 - Configuration 1, plus a 300W router and EOT (electric oscillating tool), adds light routing capability and powered oscillating cutting for foam and corrugated stock

Both configurations include the conveyor bed as standard.

What's the difference between the KT Ultra and standard KT Series?

Both use belt-driven transmission and the same core feature set. The KT Ultra roughly doubles maximum cutting speed (240m/min vs 120m/min) and includes the conveyor bed as standard. It's available in the 1625 bed size only, where standard KT offers four sizes.

What materials does the KT Ultra cut?

Standard sign and display substrates; vinyl, self-adhesive media, foam board, corrugated plastics and card, up to 50mm thick.

What's the difference between the KT Ultra and XT Series?

The XT Series uses gear transmission rather than belt drive, giving more consistent accuracy on thicker or denser materials, though at a lower top speed (120m/min). Choose KT Ultra where speed on standard substrates is the priority; choose XT where precision on tougher material matters more.

Does the KT Ultra come with a conveyor bed?

Yes, every KT Ultra includes the anti-drift conveyor belt as standard, unlike the standard KT Series where it's an optional "c" variant.

Can I add a router to the KT Ultra?

Yes, configuration 2 includes a 300W router as standard, or it can be added as a £2,000 option on Configuration 1. This is a lighter-duty router than the 2.2kW/3.0kW options on XT and GK Series, suited to light routing rather than dense material work.

What's the warranty on the KT Ultra?

Two years full warranty, backed by UK-based service and technical support.
